I-485 問題請教. I am so frustrated. Thanks a lot!

It is really a bad year. My I-485 case is rejected because of the incorrect payment. My hu*****and and I have been working so hard for years for being able to file I-485. The chance is just missed because of lacking of the lawyer's signature.

Are there any rules about filing I -485? How many days it will take to expect the notice of receipt after I-485 application is received? Does CIS have any rules about it?
