I believe what you said. Did you notice you did not wait long to get the call through? I think because this lady has been rude to the caller so all the calls were finished so quick. Also, I am thinking whether TSC counts the workload of the IO by how many calls the IO answer everyday.

But these are just my thoughts. Please don't take it personal. I am welcome for any discussion.
