I made phone call to NSC about memo on Feb 10,and an IO told that I could call back if I did not received any information from NSC on Mar. 10th. On Feb. 12 I faxed requiry about my case under memo. But no LUD at all. Today I made phone call again, and a representative answer my phone. she told me that an IO wrote the phrase on my case file " she can call back if she did not received a decision from NSC on Mar. 10th". What does it mean?
