We have LUD on Jan 16, Feb 1. Feb 1 says there is a document mailed to us, but we did not receive anything. We called on Feb 14, the officer said it a system error ("glitch"). We also contacted congressman in Feb 14, but the response from USCIS was just about general rules for the new memo.
