received email from CIS this moring for card order from TSC . it is a long and hard way to go. I was a victem of every major envents untill this MEMO come out. I think it works. Thanks all friends here show their experience , thought and advising and hope every one be luck to go through soon.

my case:

EB3, RIR 2002/06, sent backlog in 2004 and approval 2005/08, 140 file 2005-10, apporval 2006/04.

EB2 perm 2005/09-25 approval , not file 140 and 485 as the visa numbers.

EB1 140 and 485 co-filing 2005-09-29.ap 2008-02-29, 1stFP 2005-12, 2nd FP2007-05, three request , CIS respond for namecheck pending. no LUD since 2006-12.
