Texas Service Center seems ignore the memo

I called Texas Service Center today, the lady IO told me the information she has is no more than what I got from the online status search. When I asked about my name check which is pending over one year now, she said I have to wait, and they have to wait too till they get feedback about name check from FBI. when I asked roughly how long should I wait. she told me no time line at all.

So basically taxas servcie center ignores the memo, at least for now.
