H1B expires in 5 months, AP 回國, 是否有問題

有AP，EAD在手，想回國。But H1B expires in 5 months.
I want to use AP, and renew H1B after I come back from China.

Will I get rejected because that my current H1B will expire soon? Or it won't matter since H1B I-797 is not need anyway?
