關於memo比較合理的說法

每個人打電話到uscis時都會得到不同的說法，每個人都會有自己的判斷。我覺得在現在的情況下，以下這個說法比較合理。當然，不要太糾纏那個date，uscis從來以低效著稱，也許他們會delay一些。這也解釋了為什麽現在批的很少。

I spoke with I.O the other day, who appeared to be more accurate & better consistent. He said:
They are presently grouping the eligible cases by a system called "Case Sweeping", and developping a processing implementation, no case hasn't been approved yet as of 02/15. still building the "Case Sweeping"

From "Now" to "March 10", all eligible cases should received the actual Card, or some kind of processing information in how USCIS has adopted a scheduled forecast, possible requests, appointment, to update a such case, RFI, RFE, FP, Medical, ORIGINALS, Anything necessary to the an affected case. For eligible cases ONLY.

But April 30th is the date they WILL START responding to inquiries, and are allowing legal representative such as Attorneys, private customers, company, to submit their inquiries in an event a customer has not yet received anything, No Card, No processing information, No Nothing, probably not eligible with the revised new policy...
