Thanks for your answer! Do you have experience about this?
Becasue my wife is not a Canadian, she had to go to a US consulate in Canada to apply for her first TD last year (She could not get TD at a border). But for TD renewal, I need to make sure if we can do it by mail or she can renew it at a border instead of a US consulate.

Any input is appreciated!
