Pjiang, XBT help please - fingerprint notice question - thanks!

I filed my I-485 with my family last July, all dependents have done fingerprint in last Nov. However as the principal applicant, I have not received the fingprint until now. I called USCIS over one month ago. The officer told me that a request for sending a fingprint would be made and gave me a reference number.But nothing has happen since then. What I am worrying is that my I-485 might be turned down due to others's fault, i.e. the fingerprint notice was sent out and went missing somewhere.

My question, do I need to go to Infopass to ask for help.
