Please help: Typo in approved AP

Dear ALL,


My approved AP has type, and did not show the issued date! I called the customer service, and was told that I have to reply.

It has been a month since I sent the re-application, and did not hear anything back from Texas.

Anybody has the similar situation? how can I speed this up? usually how long to take for fixing the typo problem?
