MOST I-485 are not EB. Most I-485 are not from Chinese.
Statistics a few months ago showing USCIS case pending: if I remember correctly, about 1.3 million I-130 and 100,000 I-140. And also on the LPR side, 300,000(?) I-751 pending. So EB is really a very small part in US immigration.
