Mine is TSC #448. I called TSC many times, they said

the RFE was recieved by the mail room contractors. They put it into the system. Then they will put the RFE back with your file. That can take a long time. I have been keep asking them to request the RFE but they said they can not do anything about it since they are only the contractor. The IO has no control of them. ai.............
