I don't feel it's your own problem.

You have tons of evidence to prove that guy is not you.
But your GC process may be delayed, as CIS confused your A#.
usually same A# won't go to a different person with same name. They may just mix your info with other guys's GC info.
Prepare all strong evidence for deferred inspection later. Take it easy.
