Skin test 7 mm reation.

Since the new skin test shows 7 mm reaction. I was wondering should I do the X-ray again. The doctor said you have to do X-ray again since the reaction is 7mm. But the letter from USCIS say only Skin test is required and my previous X-ray showed normal as well.
