Thank you four response. if efiling the I-140, then have the chance to mail the package to TSC. But if there is possible for the document to be transferred to NSC? Becuase I heard that someone mail to TSC for the EFILE and then were transferred to NSC later. Could you give me some suggestions according to your expericence. thanks a lot.
