Use AP for reentry, will only give you 1yr parole

Is Until (AP expire date or my H1B expire date)?
1 yr after the entry date, not AP expiration date.

What PJ mentioned was: the 1yr parole validity is not AP document validity.

You are good to keep using H1b till 2011. Next time if you use H1b for reentry, CBP will give you I-94 till H1b 4/2011. Or, if you use AP for reentry again, CBP will give you another 1 yr parole period starting from the entry date.
In case 485 denied, you need to leave and get a H1b stamp and return.
