我很確定不是national service center的representative接的，因為我第一次就是去了那裏，他們確實什麽也不知道，但是去了TSC的agents就知道我公司的名字，我的名字，以及我的住址，不過我想著IO那麽忙怎麽還可能接電話呢？很迷惑，謝謝您的耐心！
