如果你file EB1, 你的PD 是I140 批準日,如果你file EB2, 你的PD 是你的PERM filing date.

PD current 是指visa bulletin 的 cutting-off date 已經移到你的PD 日期之後,比如, EB2 的cutting-off date 現在是Jan.1, 2003, 如你的PD是在Jan. 1, 2003 之前, 則你的PD current.
