Dear brother and sister:My hu*****and just lost job after I-485 filed more than half a year.He is in Texas while a small company in California is interested in him.Can he transfer between different states during I-485 pending?That company is a startup and has no revenue yet.Is there any requirement for the new company who support H1B transfer or EAD card?Urgent!Thank you very much!W12
