Be patient and wait.

My NIW case (DIY) (PD: 09/11/2006)was approved by NSC after a nearly 15 month wait. Although I got REF (11/14/2007), I answered it myself (12/05/2007), Approved 02/07/2008.

However, my EB-1b case is still pending. This case was sponsored by the university and prepared by an advisor in the international office. PD 08/19/2007, two luds, nothing happened so far.
