Thanks, pjiang. When I filed EB-1b, the job offer

letter is from the department. If VO comapares the employment letter form HR for 485 and the job offer letter for 140, he/she will find the difference (different departments). But the petitioner for 140 is the university HR. So I am really confused. If I just change department, will the 140 be invalid?
