請問皮老師 about I-94

My wife has COS as H4 in US. And she has AP. She returned her H4 approval notice 797A 上的 I-94 with expired date as 10/2009 at airport. Will that cause problem for her back US? Someone said she should return old one I-94. I am little confused.

I read your blog. My understanding is that she should return the lastest one in 797A 上的 I-94. Or doesn't matter return which one.
