Ask Pjiang or others: EAD or H1-B transfer?

I have a emergent situation: I am a H1-B holder (in the 4th year) with a EB3 485 pending (PD: Sep. 2005) for more than 180 days, EAD and AP approved. Now my current campany is laying off the employees and I got a offer from a new company.

My question is: Should I use EAD to work for the new company or should I do the H1-B transfer? Based on my situation, which one is better (EAD or H1-B transfer)?
