If all your family member got LUD at the same time

This maybe means that you are in the final state, just wait for the visa number.
I called USCIS this morning, and was told my Name checking passed long time ago and everything is done just wait for the visa number. I filed my EB2 case in June,2007 and latest LUD for whole family was around Aug 2007 since then nothing changed. So I guess the FBI name checking must came around Aug 2007. FYI.
