lawyers handled this from the begining, they should included the return copy in the resubmission. CIS seems did not review all materials and returned -- lawyer guess this is the situation. that's why i think lawyer can not help a lot, what they do now is just to hit the luck. can local congressman help my case? can i call CIS myself? thanks a million
