請教：小白兔，PJIANG, Raidololgy: Following-to-Join/I-824

我的綠卡於6月前批下（NIW），現正為國內家屬申請移民簽證。I－824已經批下,Aproval Date: Nov.1,2007。此批準書上寫：USCIS has notified the Consulate that you are a permanent resident.....

但是，由於Dec. 2007出現EB2-NIW排期大倒退至2003年1月。落在我的Poriority Date之前.

Does the retrogression have anything to do with my case? (note: the retrogression took place after my I-824 got approved.)
