180 question again

I have a similar question. My Eb1-b based I140 has been approved and I485 has been pending for one and a half years. I want to switch job to a start up. But I am concerned whether a job at startup can be considered as 'similar/same' as Eb1-b category, though the startup can be flexible in giving researcher title/job deion.

Any experience and comments in this situation?
