New employer will help H1B transfer. What other things I need to be aware so that it will not affect the GC application.

請指點個1， 2， 3。

I know that:

1) No gap between H1B transfer. How? Can I still work for current employer after filing h1b transfer?

2) Inform USCIS new employment? new address?
