2. if all those lead to nowhere, then don't be hesitated to suit them. many long pending cases were solved via lawsuit-WOM (writ of mandamus), lots of article for name check related issues 這裏

3. so far, the champ for name check pending case was 8 years and 4 month (from Northern District of CA)
