Hi,

Should I withdraw my I-140 application (EB-1b) in order to obtain TN visa after my H1 time runs out. The reason is that I can't get J1 waiver from the Chinese Embassy, and I don't want to jeopardize my TN chance in the future. It is said people have immigartion intent after filing I-140, Is this true?
