Please help. xiaobaitu and pjiang

My EB-2 I-485 is pending more than 180 days. There are three soft LUDs recently. I feel that as long as my PD(3/2005) is reached, my case will be approved. But I have an offer from a Shanghai based company. How can I continue the application and keep the status after I receive the Green card if I move back to Shanghai? My wife still wants to live in US though. BTW, They have a branch office in California. Will it help to be hired through their US office?
