EB1-485 was rejected

今天很鬱悶. EB1-485 被拒. 自從去年NIW排期大倒退, 本人立刻申請了EB-1 485. 誰知今天發生了這樣的事情. 理由竟然是:you and your spouse currently have pending 1-485 applications. (my another 485 application related to my NIW). 信中還說: These filings are not necessary however if you still wish to resubmit new applications to this office, you may do so at any time.
As a result of no visa availability, NSC is therefore rejecting and returning your most recent submission to you for that reason. 我不懂 "No visa availability" 是什麽意思? 我有H1B, 以前有F1. 請問高人賜教. _:o
