Need your help: H1B extension and valid H4 status after AP entry

My case:

1. H1B holder
2. I485 pending over 6 months
3. willing to reenter via AP
4. wife holding H4 but having not filed AOS yet since PD

Question after I use AP for reentry:

1. Will the parolee status invalidate my wife's H4 status?
2. Will the parolee status have any impact on H1B extension?
3. If my H1B could not be extended, what would be the best way to keep her legal status after my H1B gets expired on late July?
