How long I have to wait for?

我2003年與美國公民結婚.2004年10月通過移民局的interview. 到現在還沒有拿到綠卡( even temporary green card).這期間我給congress man 和第一夫人寫過信.被告知my case in pending and I have not passed the name check yet. Right now my case processing has resumed,and the case is at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. What is going on next? I want to know. I have been waiting for more than 3 years.焦急,焦急,焦急!!!
