I filed two AP applications online (e-file) in Dec 15th 2007 (both me and my wife). It is to the Texas Service Center. They received the supporting documents (photos, and so on) in Dec. 29, 2007. Surprisingly last week I got a email notice from TSC that my wife's AP has been approved already (I have not received it yet, should be in 1-2 days). Not sure about mine yet. Maybe it is just lucky this time for us, but it seems that TSC is working pretty fast. Be patient, you should get it pretty soon as well.
