I wrote to Ombudsman, but made inquiry with USCIS, not with FBI

I made it quite clear in my letter to Ombudsman that my seriously delayed I-485 is stuck at FBI not USCIS, but Ombudsman looks like senator and congrssman, I think my 45-day letter will be the same as senator and congrssman and Infopass by myself, that is NC pending, 485 decision cannot be made until NC cleared.
