I140 has been approved and 485 pending over 7months, remaining H

I140 has been approved and 485 pending over 7months, remaining H1,plan to change job, but what the status for the new company if I apply? am I still applying H1 for the new company? do I need to resubmit another I140? please have your experences shared. thanks.
