Your AP was adjudicated and stays valid. Use AP for re-entry

In principle, AP allows the applicants to re-enter US (whether they are eligible for GC or not) till USCIS adjudicates their case and make a decision.

Don't apply for H4, though consulate IO do not have right to adjudicate your 485.
