Questions for PJing and other professionals about 140

I filed my 485 and 140 together in July(Perm, EB2 , TSC).The receive date for my 485 is July 26. So will the 140's receive date be same or possible different? I am thinking about the processing time is for 6 months, is that from receive date or notice date? Any ways now for speeding the process of 140? Any info is highly appreciated.
