Maybe the officer who reviewed my daughter's case is not an experienced one. It does not matter. Now, we know the Gongzhenchu's birth cert. definitely worked. The verion directly from chinese hospital may not work enen I though it is a better one.

The problem is that the whole RFE only gave a month to reply. But the time I got it from the attorney, I only had two weeks left. Sure, it should not be a big problem if I replied a little bit late. But you never know, if it happened a couple months ago, then may be hit by that big regression.

Why bother? it is not right or wrong, just give then what they want!!
