謝謝小白兔。請問如何知道公司有沒有revoke140?485 180天以後再換工作重辦perm,140,485的話，原140是不是就不能revoke了?
- Employer may revoke I-140 at any time, though it does not affect your I-485 after 180 days of submission.

另外如何carry on?是不是用同一個A#就行了?
- Write to USCIS, with those 2 I-140 and your new I-485

name check可以carry on嗎?
- I think so if the NC just finished in past a few mos.
