1. When do you know your nc clear? Last 30 days or last a few months?

2. When you ask USCIS when USCIS tell you need visa number, did you get this information from USCIS customer rep who pick up your phone or a written letter? I mean the customer rep donesn't know anything. Also I won't trust the infopass officer for this particular info.

3. My understanding is our 485 is not employment based but is derivative application. That is what I was told once from the rep.
