Visa and the time allowed on I-94 are two different issues. Visa only get her into the country, in her case, her travel must occur within 3 months of the issuance of her visa. Once she lands in the US, she will be granted a period of her stay on her I94. That's usually 6 months. She can stay until the date on her I94 expires. Good luck!
