I talked with 2 lawer, but they reply 2 different opinion
can you help me to review it?
first one said, I'd better go back to china and reapply h4 for entry, if I submit status changing form here is risky which can cause I cannot entry US within 5 years if my gap is over 3 months.

second lawer said he can accept our case, and stay here for changing status. worst condition , if I was reject by uscis and that 3 month time is count from the day I reject from uscis
