I also filed a WOM case requesting the court to compel USCIS and FBI to adjudicate my I485 petition and name check process. It is a standard procedure for US Attorney District Office to notify you the assistant US attorney assigned to your case. You can contact the Assistant U.S. Attorney around 45 days after the case was filed and summons was served.
