跟學校講I-485 pending是沒有用的，I-485 receipt和EAD也不起

Thank you very much Xiaobaitu for your suggestions. my daughter is at the edge to apply for college / she is at her senior year. I am wondering what will be the best time for her to have a international travel and get the parolee身份的I-94. Does this need to be done before application or before apply the financial aid application.
