NC cleared for three months, still waiting - any suggestion?

My I-485 has been pending at TSC since June 2005 (EB1b based). After writing to FL, finally got NC cleared in Aug. 2007. Contacted Congressman and Senator before and after NC cleared. Just called TSC and was told that my file had not even been assigned an IO yet and she could not do anything except for asking me to wait. Second FP was done in May 2007. So what else I could do?
