今天收到移民局EAD renewal denial notice. 上麵說:Service records do not indicate you having a pending Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust, filed with this Service Center, prior to or concurrent with the filing of the Form I-765. Therefore, this makes you ineligible for employment authorization under 274a.12(c)(9).

我的I-485 和第一次EAD申請都是在Texas Center, 可 Instructions for I-765 上明確說加州的應交到Nebraska Center. Instruction 上說: If you filed your I-485 adjustment application with a USCIS service center, you must file Form I-765 at the Nebraska Service Center or the Texas Service Center, depending on where you live.
Nebraska Service Center Filing: File Form I-765 alone or concurrently with Form I-485 with the Nebraska Service Center if you live in:
xx, xx, California, xx, xx, xx.
