I have the same concern. My wavier is ready. I need change from J-1 to H1b.But 2 wks is too short to prepare the paper works.Urgent.
I can't find that news from the offical English website.Such @ INS or @ AILA.I need that to show my boss and ask him to do it quickly. Anyone can find it,please let know. Thanks so much.
